Alex graduated from Capilano University’s Cinematography for Film & Television in 2008 which has given him a strong technical competency both working in the camera department and lighting making him well suited to work as a Director of Photography, Camera Operator or Camera Assistant.

In addition Alex has worked as a solo producer on many smaller productions both for social media content creation corporate video productions.

Based in Squamish and Vancouver, British Columbia. Available for local, domestic and foreign assignments

• A Canon C70 Cinema camera kit capable of 4K Cinema Raw Lite. Kit including media, sticks, slider, handheld rig, matte box and filter kit.

• Additional stabilization equipment includes Easy Rig Minimax and Rhino slider.

• Audio kit including short shotgun mic, wireless mic solution for two person interview and external audio recorder.

• complete lighting kit which includes 2 COB LED lights, a LED light panel, ring light, 90CM octabox, vanity of reflectors and diffusion and stands.

The above kit is available for hire both on its own (proof of insurance required) or packaged with Alex as an operator/AC
